Welcome in the digital world of today. Where we create movable scare boxes by the size of a tv sceen ( main focus) to watch Netflix, work on our laptop and phone 'off grid' by ourself alone. 😮

We used a EcoFlow Wave to heat and cool our small camper on our trip out West last October. It worked well. The battery life was enough for one night, more or less. It is currently helping keep my baby's upstairs bedroom cool on hot days when the house central AC can't keep up (because no HVAC returns upstairs).

This is a beautiful trailer... but I'm concerned about safety. The propane burners are too close to the side of the wall. You need more clearance for safety. Also you don't mention a blackwater tank. You will need that for the toilet. You mentioned graywater tank but not blackwater. How big is your blackwater tank?

Bench at a 45 degree angle will not be comfortable. You can adjust that.

If you instead make the hinge at the top, you can make that door become a fixed awning for shade instead of a patio. A lot of campgrounds already have a patio available, but the awning would be awesome because it would be more sturdy than a fabric awning.

This looks like a great product but their website and naming conventions aren't intuitive at all. Sort them by BTU or some other practical means rather than "VES ULTRA" or "VES ICEBOX" which gives the user no indication of what it actually is. Even a comparison chart of specs/BTUs would help.

This is great Jarrod. It was a pleasure meeting you the other day in Hood River (I'm the husband of @sixbrummetts who commented earlier). Anyways, love this breakdown. Some ideas perhaps that I would enjoy in the future is perhaps getting even more of a detailed breakdown. Maybe separate episodes where one is the electrical breakdown. You have maybe three vans picked out with different electrical setups where you go over the costs of each set up. Then another episode that looks and pros/cons/costs of birch plywood vs. aluminum frame vs. laminated woods, etc. That way 'if' they list what type of components they have consumers can have a better understanding of the costs going into the build. Saying $25,000 product in vs. $40,000 product- what would be the main differences and where those breakdowns are in different systems? Hope that makes sense. Keep at it- though, this is good.

Chris is a great dude, I've been dealing with C&C for over 4 years now, in fact the one I bought isn't in production anymore, he's always responded to emails quickly and has always had answers, I highly recommend C&C.

Finally, somebody decided to use the vehicles alternator as the ultimate charger that’s when big generator running under the hood. Why have redundancy? Smart set up !

Have you thought of a third source of power / charging? I saw in another channel. They were talking about using tiny wind turbind to charge / get power, you can google it and research it and see for yourself. It's just an alternative for solar when it's cloudy, because if it's windy, you could still get power. Just something to ponder.

Beautiful build!

I've watched a lot of trailer/van builds. They all seem to be lacking in one way or another. This is absolutely the most PERFECT build I've ever seen. From the layout to the finish, just perfect! It looks more like a 5 star luxury hotel than anything else. It's just missing the corded phone to call room service. I think this design could translate very well in to a box truck too. You've inspired me, that's for sure.

floor in the bathroom can become a nightmare…. those teak raised floors are filthy underneath after a very short time. better to have smooth floor straight into a central drain.

This man is about to get rich. This is by FAR the best camper build I have ever seen. About the only change I would make is to have a ranger above the stove to evacuate the air and control the grease build up a bit. I would also prefer an all electric build since propane leaks gas and can explode. I would go with a bigger trailer just to have bigger water tanks and a bigger battery bank and more solar panels. If you are going to use propane though then put on demand water heater for unlimited hot water for a nice long shower once in a while. Great job man! It's nice to see someone paying proper attention to the toilet because you can't enjoy being anywhere if you can use the bathroom easily and conveniently.

I’d be curious to see if anything shifts during traveling. In other words, will anything fail, loosen or weaken after multiple trips?
